In cool tour news, The Hives & Eagles of Death Metal are joining forces for a fall trek. The joint will be co-headlining and will serve to support EofDM forthcoming release, Heart On (Downtown, Oct 21 2008).

The Hives, touring in support of their latest and greatest effort, The Black and White Album (Sweet Tea, Nov 13 2007) have described the union most humbly:
