Though the title of the album positions the mind to conjure up thoughts of dull elevator tunes, the Dutch man behind it creates otherwise. For starters, the DJ-producer dropped last summer’s dubstep groove Great Lengths (which I talked about here.) Two, Martyn’s brand of Elevator Music is a mix of house and deep house, a range of dubstep and techno that’s culled from a slew of hot producers to not only include himself but Caspa & Rusko, Untold, Shortstuff, and Starkey.
