Amidst a tour with Little Joy, The Dead Trees continue to gain steam with their recent release King of Rosa. It took me a while to check it out but the Oregon quartet offers a homogeneous mix of indie and alternative rock sounds. Their genuine style initially garnered praise via their debut EP, Fort Music. They’re currently wrapping up their North American tour where dates still remain in Texas and much of the West Coast. Catch them if you can because them with Little Joy is a sweet double billing.
