The CMJ Music Marathon & Film Festival kicks off tomorrow, and QC will be all over that shit. For the next four days, K.D. and I will be hitting up an assload of mixers, showcases, and late night dj sets, High on the must-see list are Passion Pit, Fiasco, Scouting For Girls, Madlib, Dead Prez, Ane Brun, Moby, Lykki Li, Broken Social Scene, to name a few. Running around NYC in October seeing back to back shows for four days straight? Might as well be Christmas up here! Tomorrow, we’ll be hitting up the NZ showcase, Brooklyn Vegan Showcase, and CMJ Owl Party for sure, so stay tuned for full coverage and recaps of the night’s music and inevitable debauchery.
